DELIVERY: 60,000 ***, within 30 days after receipt of
Confirmed L/C.
DURATION OF CONTRACT: It is agreed that the performance
of this contract shall be
Completed within 12 months first shipment between 30-35 days
from the receipt of L/C., Execution by the PARTIES hereto.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Fully Funded, Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible, Revolving,
Confirmed 100% Payment at sight Letter of Credit in favour of the
SELLER, established in 5 (FIVE) working days after Signing
contract, in the amount of each shipment value opened by any
PRIME BANK, with a provision for 100% FULL PAYMENT TO
SELLER FOR THE VALUE OF SHIPMENT.
Price Review after successful completion monthly shipment.
PERFORMANCE BOND:
The Seller will Provide PB of 2% of the L/C value to activate the
L/C. It will be issued by the Seller bank, after receipt of letter of
credit . The same PBG will be null and avoid on producing
Ocean bill of lading and other shipping ***uments as per the
said Letter of Credit to the negotiating bank for payment.
Kindly advise us whether do you have any buyer for the same
and if so, please arrange to send in the form of LOI/BCL
so that we can ask our Seller to send FCO for the buyer's
signature and forward you Draft Contract.
